Who we are
Issyx, LLC ("Issyx", "we", "us") operates this website and the Issyx platform. We are registered in the State of Nevada, United States. Our postal address is available on request from legal@issyx.com. For any question about this notice, or to make a request about your own data, write to legal@issyx.com and a person will answer.
This website collects almost nothing
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no session tracking, and it loads no third-party scripts. The typeface is compiled into the site at build time, so viewing a page does not make a request to any other company. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The exception is the two forms. If you fill one in, we receive what you typed.
What the forms collect, exactly
The contact form sends seven fields: your first name, last name, email address, company name, the product or service you named as your interest, the organisation size you selected, and your message. Nothing else is attached to it.
It also carries a hidden field that a person never sees. If it arrives filled in, the submission is discarded as automated. That field collects nothing about you.
- Your submission is sent to our CRM so an enquiry is not lost, and by email so a person sees it.
- Your email address is set as the reply-to on that email, which is how we answer you.
- We use it to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
One thing held briefly that you did not type
To stop one script submitting the form thousands of times, the server keeps a count against the requesting IP address for sixty seconds. It is held in memory on a single server, it is not written to a database, and it does not survive a restart. We mention it because it is technically personal data and leaving it out would make this notice incomplete.
Booking a meeting
The demo page embeds a booking page served by Issyx Schedule, which is our own product on our own infrastructure rather than a third-party scheduling service. What you enter there is handled under this same notice.
The platform, if you become a customer
Everything above describes the website. The products themselves process what you put into them. Device inventories, tickets, documents for signature, monitoring data. As your processor, under the agreement between us rather than under this notice.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, and we will name them on request. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
An enquiry is kept while there is a live conversation and for as long as we need a record of it afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. In which case we will tell you which part and why.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and ask us to stop using it. Write to legal@issyx.com. We will not require you to prove a legal basis for asking.
If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you have these rights under law and this notice does not narrow them.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will change the effective date at the top and, where we hold your address because of an enquiry, tell you.
