Billing

What we charge, and when.

Somebody joins the team halfway through the month. What changes?
A seat you add is billed from the day you add it, and one you give up stays on until the next billing cycle. Nothing else on the bill moves in between.
How is remote support counted?
By the number of sessions running at once, rather than by the engineer or by the machine. Two people taking control of two desktops at the same moment is two. The same person doing it twice in an afternoon is one.
What do you need from me before you can give a price?
The number of people who will answer the queue. That is what a seat is, and the price is against nothing else: the people raising tickets, their machines and the number of sites do not move it.

Send the number of people who will answer the queue. What comes back is a figure against that, the tier it sits on, and what that tier covers.
